Moving With Muscle 55+ Fitness Class

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until June 11, 2019
This class keeps the body moving and strong! The workout alternates muscle conditioning exercises (using weights, bands, even your own body weight) with low impact moves that are adaptable to any fitness level.
This class is exercise disguised as fun. Come out and join us!
Bring your own mat and hand weights. This series is eight weeks long.
