| October 1, 2025 Province Responds to Postal Disruption The Manitoba government is taking steps to ensure availability of cheques and other critical mail during the disruption of postal services. As of Oct. 3, critical mail will be directed to distribution centres to serve Manitoba residents. Critical mail includes cheques, court orders, educational materials, medical supplies and resources required to maintain health-care services, and other prioritized items.
