    Please do not leave garbage outside the gates after hours. This is not allowed under our bylaws, can potentially attract wildlife and leaves a mess for attendants to clean up.

      Application Forms

      Application Process

      Forms can be dropped off at the RM office, mailed in or e-mailed to info@rmofstclements.com.

      To ensure that your application(s) is/are processed quickly and correctly;

      • Provide all required documentation with your applications.
      • Your civic address number will be assigned after the lot grade application has been completed by our office. In the event that the civic address is assigned earlier please affix as per By-Law 9-2020.
      • Please stake the locations of the approach and/or all corners of the proposed building. These stakes should be as close as possible to the exact location. These steps will assist the survey crews in locating/surveying your property to ensure the grade is set as accurately as possible.
      • Please understand that time does not allow the survey crews to meet with you onsite while processing your application.

      Lot Grade Costs

      • Gravel Road: $1,300
      • Paved or Asphalt Road: $2,300
      • There is no cost for the culvert application, residents are responsible for the purchase and installation of the required culvert.

      Payment is required as part of your lot grade application.

      Once your lot grade application has been completed in the field, it will be emailed directly to Red River Planning who will release the information along with your building permit.

      Once your culvert application has been completed by our staff, you will be notified by phone of the required length and diameter, followed up with a copy in the mail. You are responsible for the purchase and installation of the required culvert.

      We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
