By-Law Enforcement During Office Hours
The R.M. of St. Clements has a Protective Services Officer to enforce our By-Laws during our regular office hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

By-Law Enforcement Evenings and Weekends Throughout the Summer
The R.M. of St. Clements contracts Prairie By-Law Enforcement for enforcement of our by-laws on evenings and weekends throughout the summer months. This additional contract is to assist with the increased population during our summer months.
Prairie By-Law Enforcement Services provide uniformed personnel carrying appropriate identification with them at all times. Prairie By-Law Officers use clearly identified vehicles complete with appropriate emergency lighting.
