    Am I Eligible to Vote? You are eligible to vote if you are a Canadian citizen, at least 18 years old on election day, and have been a resident or property owner in the RM of St. Clements for at least six months.

    Ward Boundaries

    The by-law divides the RM of St. Clements into two wards, with three municipal councillors representing each ward. The new boundaries are shown on Schedule “A” of the by-law, and the written boundary descriptions are included in Schedule “B”. The by-law also repeals the previous ward boundary by-law, By-law No. 4-98 and any amendments.

    The by-law received first and second reading on April 14, 2026, and third reading on April 28, 2026.

    Ways to Vote

    1. In-Person Voting: Visit your designated polling station on election day. Please review the Directions for Voting (Form 22) for instructions on how to mark your ballot.
    2. Sealed Envelope Ballot: If you are unable to attend a polling station, you may apply to vote by mail.

    Assistance at the Polls If you require assistance marking your ballot, you may bring a companion who must take the Oath of a Person Assisting a Voter (Form 24). Interpreters are also available upon request (Form 25)
