The RM of St. Clements, in collaboration with the Red River Planning District, is inviting residents, businesses, stakeholders, and community members to attend a Libau Community Open House on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

The open house is an opportunity for the community to share thoughts and ideas on several important topics affecting the future of Libau, including economic development, community image, business development, housing, and recreation.

Feedback received will help identify clear directions that support future planning, decision-making, and investments in the community.
