Forms can be dropped off at the RM office, mailed in or e-mailed to info@rmofstclements.com.
Please Note: While most forms can be submitted by mail, email, or dropped off in person, lottery licence applications must be completed in person. This is because payment—1% of the total prizes awarded—must be made at the time of application.
