Council has adopted By-law No. 17-2025, which updates the monthly licensing fees for mobile home park lots and replaces By-law No. 4-2016.
There will be no increase to the monthly licensing fee during the first quarter of 2026.
The fee will remain unchanged from January 1 to March 31, 2026, with increases taking effect April 1, 2026, as outlined in Schedule “A” of the by-law.
Schedule “A” – Monthly Licensing Fees:
- January 1 – March 31, 2026: $44.00 per month per lot
- April 1 – December 31, 2026: $47.00 per month per lot
- 2027: $50.00 per month per lot
- 2028: $51.00 per month per lot
- 2029: $52.00 per month per lot
