The RM of St. Clements Public Works team is making progress on improvements to CIL Road, from Oakridge Road going east.
✅ Work Completed
The road base has been completed from Highway 59 to Oakridge Road.
This work included:
- Reworking the existing road
- Reclaiming shoulder material
- Adding coarse limestone
- Grading and compacting the surface
🔨 Next Steps
Once base work is finished along the full stretch of CIL Road, crews will:
- Place gravel on top of the base
- Grade and compact the road
- Apply dust control for improved driving conditions
⚠ Road Closure Notice
CIL Road will remain closed to through traffic while construction continues.
- Local access will be maintained for residents living along the construction area.
- All other traffic is asked to detour around the work zone.
