2017 Public Hearing for Financial Plan and General Borrowing for South St. Clements Activity Centre and Drainage Works

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Subsection 162(2) of The Municipal Act that the Council of the Rural Municipality of St. Clements intends to present its Financial Plan for the fiscal year 2017 along with two general borrowings at a Public Hearing at the RM of St. Clements Council Chambers, 1043 Kittson Road, East Selkirk on Tuesday May 2nd, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.
Council will hear any person who wishes to make a representation, ask questions, or register an objection to:
- 2017 Financial Plan
- South St. Clements Activity Centre – $3,000,000 borrowing at large
- Drainage Works – $1,500,000 borrowing at large
Any person who has questions, needs clarification or requires further information, either prior to or following the hearing, is encouraged to contact DJ Sigmundson, CAO at 482-3300 or to attend the Informational Open House to talk with Council and staff on May 1, 2017 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the RM office.
Copies of the 2017 Financial Plan will be available for review after April 24, 2017 at the Municipal Office located at 1043 Kittson Road, East Selkirk or on our website at www.rmofstclements.com
