Public Hearing about borrowing for three projects:
- Borrow $4,835,000 to establish a recreation facility on Donald Road in South St. Clements
- Borrow $1,573,000 to upgrade and expand facilities and equipment of the Narol Fire Department
- Borrow $3,520,000 to complete construction and improvement of water control works
