What is a Development Plan?
The Development Plan is the Planning District’s primary land use policy document. It outlines how the Planning District will develop into the future.
Where does the Development Plan DP apply?
The Development Plan applies to all lands within the Planning District’s six municipalities: City of Selkirk, Village of Dunnottar, and the Rural Municipalities of St. Andrews, St. Clements, East St. Paul and West St. Paul.
This is your opportunity to learn more about the Development Plan Update project, view the Draft Development Plan, ask questions, share your thoughts and talk to the RRPD’s Community Planners.
For your convenience, the RRPD is offering two open house dates:
- Tuesday April 30 in Selkirk
- Wednesday, May 1 in East St. Paul
