Snowshoe Trek & Bonfire

Enjoy the winter beauty of the aspen-oak forest on this exhilarating 1.8 km guided snowshoe trek around Nimowin Trail. Look for signs of wildlife in the snow and discover how nature’s adaptations to the cold have inspired us to stay warm during this time of year. Snowshoes are provided or bring your own and join us. Recommended for ages 9+. Afterwards, enjoy hot chocolate and marshmallows around the bonfire. All participants are encouraged to bring a Tin-for-the-Bin in support of Winnipeg Harvest.

Snowshoes will be provided for all attending.
