Fundraising and Donations Opportunities

A Place to Connect, A Place to Enjoy

Firstly, we’d like to thank you for taking the time to review the following fundraising and donation information for the St. Clements Activity Centre and Park.  At the moment we are currently fundraising for the park. We are very excited about the new park and the support by donors will make our park an outstanding community space.  We look forward to creating a park for our residents to connect and enjoy for years to come and with your help we can do it.

It is our mission to create an environment that fosters the growth and wellbeing of all ages, families and organizations that builds community spirit and growth, as well as promotes the protection of the environment.  This will be achieved in part with the 10 acre St. Clements Park which will provide a place for recreation and a place to connect with nature.

We greatly appreciate you sharing in this exciting time in our community.  We know that your contribution will make our recreation park one to remember and will exhibit your importance to the community.

We look forward to discussing with you further the donor recognition opportunities that we can offer you.  If you have any further questions, please contact by email at recreation@rmofstclements.com.

Why Now

The RM identified through needs assessments that there is no public community gathering space for recreation and cultural activity. This park will serve as a focal point for the community. We have recognized that the children, youth, adults and seniors need a place to meet and participate in wellness, recreation, social, arts and cultural activities in South St. Clements and we are passionate on providing that to them.

Rather than have our community spirit suffer, we are striving to see it prosper. We want to provide the opportunity for our community to gather with friends and neighbours. A community gathering spot is invaluable and the activities become the “magnet and glue” for bringing people together, creating friendships and social connections for all generations.
