As approved by Council on June 13, 2023 with the new By-law 3-2023 for Curbside Collection of Waste & Recycling, the R.M. of St. Clements is modifying the operations at the Transfer Stations.

A multi-step approach is being taken to consolidate and reduce the expenses for solid waste management while maintaining the level of service to ratepayers and provide a safe and healthy work environment for staff. The Clarke Road and Dunning Road Transfer Stations, which fall within the eligible curbside collection area, will have their hours reduced starting July 1, 2023.
