RM of St. Clements Administration and Council have reviewed feedback from our southern residents and are happy to announce to St. Clements residents a pilot project with the RM of East St. Paul for disposal of clean combustible waste for the remainder of 2023 at their transfer station located at 4140 Birds Hill Rd. Effective on September 22, 2023 to December 31, 2023 residents from the RM of St. Clements can visit the RM of East St. Paul Transfer Station to dispose of clean yard waste during the pilot project.
RM of St. Clements residents are required to present their RM of St. Clements issued QR Barcode to the staff of East St. Paul Transfer Station upon arrival to be granted access.
East St. Paul Transfer Station is open Tuesdays through Saturdays 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The RMs of East St. Paul and St. Clements will review the pilot project success and advantages to determine feasibility and agreements going forward for efficient waste management strategies.
